Between 2017 and 2022, ARTivism Virginia commissioned 24 videos from Sarah Hazlegrove, all of which documented our work to stop the Atlantic Coast and Mountain Valley fracked gas pipelines. Since our first meeting under the tree sit of Bent Mountain landowner, Red Terry, we have been lucky enough to engage the energy, fire, and talent of this hard working and wildly creative videographer and photographer. She is a heat seeking missile for the human truth and we count ourselves and our cause lucky whenever we can collaborate with Sarah Hazlegrove.

Entrusting someone to capture the most precious moments of your life is a decision not to be made lightly. My husband and I knew Sarah would be that person for us. She has a desire to witness and capture the beauty that is before her which not only takes a keen eye but more importantly an open heart and sense of humility.
